everytime I take opiates I seem to puke, most likely cause im taking a dose much too heavy for my 120 pounds . . anyway, my mother told me that if I take painkillers on an empty stomach I will get holes in it . . so does this mean I should eat maybe a fairly light meal an hour or so beforehand or what??
You wont get holes in your stomach from taking opioids, some may upset your stomach. You can eat lightly before taking them but I assure you that even if you don't you will not get holes in your stomach.
Maybe take a lower dose or refrain from moving around too much and you'll feel better.
dont take them on a empty stomach
eat like a jelly sandwhich w/ no penutbutter
but it all depends on how many pills you take

and if you wanna get more fuckedup then you normally would on say X amount of pills... drink a couple of glasses of grapefruit juice beforehand. it has a chemical that does something to your liver to let the blood concentration level for opiates rise. it will potentiate the opiates effects, making your higher then you normally would be on a certain dose.

and no only grapefruit juice works... its a chemical not citrus.. orange/lemon/lime/pineapple/etc.... they dont work. only gf juice.
Nah dont eat thats all bs, wait till you got an empty stomach, pop like 3-4 depending on your tolerance already. Take a good dose is what Im saying. Then just turn on the TV and wait till they kick in. I usually space em out 10 min between each pill 4 two reasons, you can sorta judge the dose better and it allows time 4 ur stomach to start to dessolve the pill before the next. Ive never thrown up on opiates and I ALWAYS take on a empty stomach. Just try to not move, I cant see why you would want to move anyways it feels better not to. Also on empty stomach they kick in faster.
