I know there is one headshop near the end of the boardwalk at Seaside Heights, but are there any more? I've heard there's 3-4 on the boardwalk itself. Also, are there anymore within driving distance (I am staying near the boardwalk). If so, is there any chance I could get anything if I am 17 and have a license?
