Wouldn't be surprised to see it pass. The feds will try to take it to court and it being framed as a States Right case. Sets up a huge legalization fight in the courts.

i bet it will end up like colorado, people will still be charged with federal offenses even if all they have is an ounce..its ridiculous because pigs can choose to charge people with federal offenses or just let them go

I don't think its correct.
It's the State law that the cops arrest for in Denver. Also, this law would only allow for someone to smoke in private and to not drive.
