*sorry to make another thread about DXM but...*
I know Delsym has a time-release form of DXM in it and I have heard that the trip is not as good (intense) because of this.
Has anyone tripped really hard on the polistirex? Or is the DXM Hbr in the robotussin that much better?
Any feedback is appreciated. :thumbsup:

This set the trip into action and by the stat of hour #3, I was into a full blown trip. Everyone else was too fucked up to move, even with the prospect of going outside to smoke some more weed. At this point I realized I was on my own for the night so I went and sat inside my friend's truck and proceeded to smoke a bowl and listen to music. I have always loved pink floyd so it was instinctive for me to put some in while smoking. It was this combination of weed+pink floyd that puched me over the edge.
I'm guessing the morning glory seeds had finally started to peak about the
same time the DXM did because about 3 1/2 hours into the trip, everything
fell apart. I took a monster rip from my pipe, cashing out the bowl. I held
the hit in and leaned back and closed my eyes. I'm not sure how long I sat
there but when I opened my eyes, I saw the radio face (aftermarket pioneer
unit) split in half and one half move to the top of the dash, and the other
move to the bottom. This startled me because it was my first intense
hallucination of the night. I looked to the right out the window and saw the
whole garage shrinking and enlarging. The car parked inside was moving in and out and the garage door was moving up and down. This is when I begin to loose recollection of what went on but I do know that at one point I lost all concept of reality and my body. It was shocking how quick the hallucinations set in.
Just to give you an idea of how screwed up I was....There was one point in
the night where a car had to be moved so someone else could get out early in the morning. This was at about 2AM and everyone else was far too fucked up to do it. Out of the blue I volunteered. At the time my thought process was reduced to that of an 8 year old and it sounded fun. The total distance the car needed to be moved was about 15 feet, but it took me almost 15 mins to do it. I kept getting nervous that I would hit something an would throw the car back in park and get out to look. I finally got it parked perfectly and felt a slight sense of pride that I was still able to have a SLIGHT bit of skill even when I was the most fucked up I have ever been...
I spent the rest of the night in my own world just wandering around outside,
and smoking. It was by far the hardest I've ever tripped in my life and I
have taken shrooms and XTC multiple times. I underestimated DXM bad, and I
have NEVER underestimated a drug before. If you've read this far then thanks
and sorry for the long read, but this is an experience that was very profound
to me and I felt the need to share. :thumbsup:
