i was wondering how many clones can i comfortably put under a 1000w HPS?
with a hood a 1000w hid puts out an 8x8 footprint...
you figure it out! Make sure you have that light 3-4 feet from clones at least, so you don't FRY them...lw
answer: 36-60 depending on strain and height at 12/12 transition.

Well.............I wouldn't go that crazy, But in the right set-up and knowing how to control the growth and size of you finished frosty masterpiece...you could grow 36-60.
I would stay modest with no more than 8 for your 1st time, but then again you probalby know what you are doing. It is an ASS of WORK and The Grow can Overwhelm You...the more you put out, the more you have to lose...lw
it's not my first time. it would be my third time indoors, and i've grown hundreds outdoors. i Just dont know much about cloned plants. I was under the impression that they stayed small and that was why people used them for SOG & SCROG, but i learned thatas not true. so i think i'm gonna get 10 and grow them big. but i'm not even sure if i should grow again in my tiny apartment.
