Affraid to top my plants

Any one got pics or a detailed list of steps on how to "Top" a plant...Also when should i top and what strains dont like to be topped...

baisicly you cant just cut off the new leaves where there is leaves below that have buds coming out so that those 2 new things growing grow into what you just cut off if that makes any sense

just bend the bitches over, much easier less stress
