Making a light mover

Hey there fellow smokers, tokers and growers.
I have a nice little gulley setup which has been working well, 20+ oz every 10 weeks, but have noticed that its darker than midnight under the plants. I am going to build a inverted light mover (400w) with its own cooling fan to light up the underside. I am hoping to at least get half as much weight again once all those bottoms fatten up. What I need is a wiring diagram for a light mover preferably 230\240 vovt. Any info or advice will be appreiceiated.

Did you paint your floor white? I grow short single cola plants so its just one fat cola no little nugs.

No, didnt paint it but its so dark that the bottom growth hasnt even turned green, its more a very light yellow
