Realizing The Full Potential of Drugs

This is a new experience account I just read on Erowid about an Ayahuasca trip. It completely blew me away. It taught me what drugs (in particular psychedelics) when used in the right setting can do to bring about serious life-altering positive change. So many times I'm discouraged by how these threads seem to degenerate into petty insult-sessions over stupid and completely unimportant things, and I think people are missing the point.

The account is a bit long but this person does an excellent job explaining the process of ego-loss and why achieving it through drug use should be part of a larger goal of carrying the state of complete ego-loss, once achieved, over to sobriety.

I'm convinced that it was under this life-mindset that people like Mahatma Ghandi, Martin Luther King, Jr. and the Jesus of the New Testament and I'm sure a few others lived and interacted.
These people got it.
