It's synthetic THC. From what I've heard, it's quite impotent and not that great.

wouldnt it have to get heated for the THC to be acvitve?

It is dissolved in sesame oil. AFAIK the capsules are supposed to be kept refrigerated, so the chance of acquiring them is slim anyways.
