Aight what's the deal with butter (which also has the added fat) vs. oil?
I have used both and i prefer butter. You can add it to just about anything.
Toast
Oatmeal
eggs
Spegetti Sauce, etc etc etc, anything. And it keeps in the freezer very well. Seems more managable.
