Bambii, a bamboo pipe

Ya, so I decided to make my own bamboo pipe. I uploaded 2 low-quality pictures of it that do it no justice at all; I do intend to get some better pics up soon, though. The pipe took 3 to 4 hours to make, and wasnt even that hard to do. I simply took about a 12Inch long piece of bamboo that was capped at one end and hollow throughout the body. I then took a drill bit and made the bowl and carb, along with sanding down the ends and body so it would be smooth. Took to the whole thing with red spray paint, after the second coat dried I started inking some designs around the bowl and card, some pot leaves and stems. After everything got dry again I applied a coat of wood-finish enamel. The bowl is an old, metal bass part that I found lying around, with an aluminum screen for temperary purposes.

Im glad to say that it kits like a charm and has a deep bowl. :D

Dude that looks pretty fuckin awesome, but may I ask as to why you didn't make her into a bong instead?

The bamboo wasn't wide enough in diameter, in my opinion. I still have about 4 feet worth of bamboo I could use to make another one, so I could try for a small bamboo bong.

Nice, bamboo actually works pretty good for a pipe. There used to be a bunch of it growing wild down by a creek me and my friends used to hang out and smoke at. We made lots of bamboo pipes. How did you make the bowl itself? It's hard to tell from the pic.

The bowl is a metal piece to an old guitar I have lying around, I used aluminum foil for the screen until I can get some mesh-screening material.
