Question for Gangagirl!!!

Hey Gangagirl, I know you probably hate this, but do you think you could offer a little advice, law wise? My husband's boss and company owner neglected to pay for our health benefits this month. So we have no health ins, and I am on a lot of meds. He swears he sent a certified check to them, but we checked and they haven't received anything. Do you think legally my husband has the right to blow off work, until it's corrected? He blew off today, but he is so pissed off that he's thinking of blowing off tommorow. The dude has bounced Kurt's paychecks too in the past. He's been looking for a new job, but Can we sue his employer? If you don't want to answer this, it's cool, I noticed that you said you were a lawyer, and my husband's doing so bad (moodwise) I'll try anything. PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks:) :stoned:
