how exactly do you do LST???Thanks
you mean LSD?
im guessing you have some blotter, if you don't know how strong it is just take one tab to test.
the sheet should be divided into little boxes/grid pattern. just tear off the smallest size box and put it on your tongue. leave it there for a while, till she disintegrates.
enjoy it man
No, LST means Low Stress Training, or Low Stem Training, I've heard both.
What that is basically is you gently bend, and tie down the main stem. Doing this saves space, but also allows more light to penetrate the side shoots, causing them to grow more. You get a more bonsai style plant, or more bushy.
You just tie the main stem down pretty much and over time, it will start to grow the way you bend it.
here. this is an LST on a scrog... my scrog :( which is gone now
thanks and how tall should i start bending them at i have a2'X2'X4' grow box

As was said here, you LST by tying down the plant... its stem, its secondary growths, etc. Slowly, but steadily... you tie it down more and more. It gets "trained" into these new shape/position.
I saw a pic once of a cannabis plant, with a 360degree loop in its stem. No bullshit. Just a clean cut, loop in its stem.
How early? As early as you want buddy. Just take it easy with her. Try and not "bend" or "snap" a stem. If such a thing happens, you'll go from LST to HST (High stress trainning). Not the end of the world.

.
hell yeah thanks turtle im bout to post up some pics so yall look for em
There is no right or wrong way to LST. LST to your enviroment. I train to wooden posts, then I have points inside the cab itself to allow me to control the plants growth direction to maximize space and light penetration. :)
