If he is a coool cop...he will take your weed in smoke it.

But I highly doubt that you're gonna have weed in a cop car...when you get arrested you get heavily searched.

the first time i got busted i ate my weed in the cop car, i had on my snowboarding coat with a secret pocket in the seam, so when the pigs were searchin my buddys car i was eating an eigth, i ended up just being brought home

i got arrested for a bullshit charge of assaulting an officer at mardi gras drunk as fuck, then when i was in the car got the kid that was next to me to pull the shit outa my pocket cause the dumbfuck didn't pull it out and he threw it down under some shit but i left and went home eventually...so can they do nething?

do they have your finger prints? if not i don't see how they could do anything there were probably other people in the car the day/night

And if the cop drove away it doesn't matter. They don't know who put it there, think how many ppl they have in the back of the car every day.
