Help with calculating some info

alright i got soem cough syrup with dxm in it.

It's 8 oz.237ml

Active Ingredients(in each 5ml teaspoonful)
DXM HBr 10mg

anybody smart enough to calculate this?How much dxm total in whole bottle

i think its 474 mg am i right?

10mg in every 5ml... 237 ml.... 237/5 = 47.4

47.4 x 10mg = 474mg

Yeah, algebra blows. I did that shit for a whole last year in college. The basic algebra I found quite simple once I learned it, but when they brought in to find the unknown angles, and Hypotonuse and that shit. :confused: I passed, but just barely as my mind couldn't handle anymore numbers. :p
