What happen if light is 12/12 from seedling?

Obviously the vegetative growth will be slower, but will the plants still produce bud normally and everything?

As long as these plants do not show preflowers before they are at a decent size. Small plants from seed that show preflowers will produce small buds normally.

Well I would do 12/12 because somebody is going to be working on the house, so need to shut everything down during the daytime, so is would be on at night. Sucks but life's a bitch sometimes eh.

under the right condishion's you will have more girls under 12/12 from seeds this is old school. and works.
