This is absolutely ridiculous. What's next? I live in an incredibly diverse area with Muslims, Christians, Jews, Whites, Blacks, Chinese, Persian, Japanese, Koreans, etc. etc. Seriously, a walk down my street is like a trip to the UN. If the local public schoools were to eliminate everything that might possibly be offensive to anyone I don't think they'd have anything to teach anymore.
If I were to move somewhere in the Middle East do you think that country would be so sensitive to my beliefs? Fuck no! I'd have to wrap my wife and daughter up like god damn mummies and have them walk 5 paces behind me or else they'd probably get stoned. And I don't mean that in a good way. So why the hell do we have to be so sensitive to them?
I've lived in another country and I had to accept the local customs, language, etc. Nobody made any special attempts to make life easy on me simply because I was a bit different. I dealt with it and, quite frankly, I feel I'm a better person for it. It gave me a whole different perspective on things.
Again, why the hell do we have to be so sensitive to the Muslims? Is St Paul afraid they're going to riot? Aren't we supposed to be fighting a war on terrorism? If you ask me, caving in and making every attempt to pacify the local Muslim population is simply admitting defeat. We're not going to lose by having another 9/11 happen. We're going to lose by simply giving up and giving the Muslims what they always wanted in the first place: the destruction of our own National pride and culture.
Bottom line is that they are now living in the United States. Or anywhere else that they have adotped as their new home. If they don't like it here they can GET THE FUCK OUT!!
Maybe we can learn something from their way of life...

Now you all understand that this isn't every school in the district. It's a single charter school, which these student(or rather there parents) choose to attend.
