Question bout some shrooms

hey i got 2 grams of some shrooms that im eating tomorrow and i was wonder if you just strait up swallow em as good as yuou can will that make the peak longer? I know that if you do this it takes the shroooms longer to kick in but i dont know bout the peak. Ive tripped on shrooms twice before but both those times were chocolate bars. This is my first time with caps n stems

with chocolates the shrooms are already mushed up. so with normal shrooms you have to chew em up into a mush, swish em around a little, and swallow.
