Cleaning a bowl?

How should I clean my bowl?

I've heard that just soaking it in water for a while works, and I've also heard that you should use Rubbing Alcohol.

Which way works the best, or how do you do it?

You can boil it in water, a soak beforehand doesn't hurt... you can keep any resin that boils off, just filter out the water through coffee filter or the likes.
or you can use pour salt and rubbing alcohol into it... they form a chemical reaction and the salt agitates any resin stuck to the sides, but you cannot reuse the resin when you do it this way (but it won't smell as much)
have you ever smoked resin? it is a wacky high because all the different types of bud you smoked will create a hundred different types of highness... i know lots of people who don't like it at all, but I always boil it out and smoke the resin (which is pretty potent as it is basically same process used to make hash):thumbsup:
good luck...you'll be amazed to see through your bowl again, especially if it has changed colors.

I use Formula 420, which basically seems to be a solution of isopropyl alcohol and some kind of salt. Difference is it is blue and smells like fruit punch or something.

yea i would recommend smokin that resin the washing it out with rubbing alchohol.

i dont think rubbing alcohol is a good idea only beacuse if you dont rinse it enough, you might be inhaling some rubbing alc. when you smoke:dance:

i dont think that can happen cause rubbing alchohol evaporates quickly, so in a few minutes after, all the alchohol would be gone...that why that hand sanitizer stuff evaproates

LOL lick the resin mm goood chocolate resin, actually you can make the ressin very desireable to eat. What I would do is add citric acid was sour salt from your grocery store, add about a couple of teaspoons depending on your ammount of ressin, which you probably wont know so just add 1 teaspoon. Add enough water to totally cover the pipe or ressing add the citric acid and start the oven up or whatever your using make sure its shimmering and not boiling all crazy like when your cooking it like this, let it sit untill water evaporated down to a small level. You should have alot of ressin clumps and gooey substance. Take it off let it dry and roll it up into balls when possible. It should now smell better and taste like sour candy with a nice kick to it ;).

Oh yes stir occasionaly while its in the shimmering period we want everything to mix properly.
