SCROG

Is there a howto or link on setting one up?

There was a few guides on OG but its down now.

Basically all you do is make a net type thing that has good stability and has about 1.5" between holes. Grow the plant into the net and as it tries to grow above it just tie it to te net. Even during flowerin you must continue to tie until the plant stops growing and starts budding. You must also try to keep all the bud sites even throughout the net and must try not to let the plant grow too much over it.

Also, people don't usually use seeds for this simply because when you plant with seed you can get different phenotyped plants. For instance, one plant can grow faster than the other, and this would cause a dilema in terms of when to flower and things like that.
