Legal Herbs.

Are legal herbs still legal for minors? Is it still (illegal) paraphernalia if you only use it with legal herbs?

It should be illegal to even think about legal herb. It's a buncha bullshit.

i think it depends on what you got. from what i heard glass pipes are always paraphenalia. i know salvia is legal for minors

Oh yeah, I'm not talking about that "HAWAIIAN GOLD" crap, I mean herbs from actual gardeners/non-scammers.

i've tried it.... it burned the hell out of my throat... and i felt no high..

There's literally no reason to smoke it. If you took bits of shredded paper and then smoked it, you would get a bigger buzz than these "legal buds". It doesn't matter if you get it from a website or from a "legit farmer"... it's still a scam.

Again, I'm not reffering to these "SMOKE BUD LEGALLY, LEGAL BUD" crap. I know that stuff doesn't work. I'm referring to well-reviewed, legal, herbs. Such as salvia. I think you guys are getting off-topic here, I'll ask again, does anyone know if paraphernalia is still paraphernalia if only used with legal herbs (such as salvia?)

Paraphernalia isn't illegal in the first place. If it were, they couldn't sell it at the headshops. Common sense, yo.

If there is Marijuana resin then it becomes drug paraphernalia. that is it, it is not illegal otherwise
