Whats up, This is my first time growing indoor and i want to know how to ensure a strong healthy plant from the very beginning... i just finished germination and i planted the seeds literally 30 min. ago... i need advice on how to broaden my chances of a finer stronger crop... lemme know

These are the most imortant factors in indoor growing
If your growing in earth medium its a good idea to mix about 50% perlite in, this will give you a more aerated medium makeing it easier for the roots to spread their legs.
Dont compress the compost to much when potting.
Buy a goog quality compost designed for the job in hand... it may cost a little more but you'll reap the bennifit.
Use the right size pots.
Also in the very early stages make sure not to overwater, only give them a little bit. This will encourage the roots to go in search of a drink promoting a healthy root mass.
Make sure there's good airflow around your plants and you should be fine...

Strain: Unknown (But I received them from a very good batch, thats why there are only 3 that i have...)
Medium: Potting soil w/no miracle grow or other nutrients
Air Flow: Four 3" computer fans controlled by my main switchboard... i have intake and exhaust both and can control how much air in and out in a pretty dramatic fashion... two in the top corner of my grow box and two in the bottom diagonally for the bottom
Nutes or Ferts: None as of now, only what is in the soil... planning on some later... when would be good? and what kind?

if you use good quality soil you should get two or three weeks out of it, then use 1ml of the grow fert seen below until flower. There are three products below,
Topmax Bloom Stimulater, Bio-bloom Liquid Plant Food, Bio-Grow they cost about £10 each for 1ltr, Ive had amazing results using them.
there organic and worth there weight in gold.
id suggest getting an oscilating desk fan. And a 400watt hps for flower
if you want i can give you the feeding schedule.

The nutes and ferts sound very promising... any american brands you recommend or substitutions? where can they be found? My plants sprouted just under 24 hours after planting, so i think i am doing o.k. so far... when ur telling me about the 400 watt hps lights... are u talkin about the entire grow light system or do u just want me to switch my bulbs to 400w HPS?Quote:

Everything is sprouting and looking great so far... i hope i am able to keep strong healthy plants... Hey Sticky should i just buy the HPS bulbs or the full light system? i think you'd need to buy the full system, the hps is great for flowering. nice rock hard buds.
Ok so i decided to switch my lights today in a random stop to home depot... I had 3 CFL's (60 watt) in my 2' x 2' grow box, but i now switched out those lights with 3 CFL's (150 watts). Any comments on that decision??? I bought all purpose plant food (15-30-15) and some Scotts Continuous Feeding Potting Soil. I also picked up my pots for transplanting my plants in a few weeks, but i got them now to be ready for when that time comes. I think these pick ups today were smart, and im hoping for good results. Any advice on my decisions or setup would be GREATLY appreciated, the more feedback i get the better my plants will be...
