what can cops do?

my friend got busted last night when he went to go get weed he had 2 ounces on him and about 1000 dollars for other people (650 of it was mine). they said that they were looking for a stalker and he fit the discribtion. they came up to him and just started seaching him. he also had a scale with him so that ment he had intent to sell or somehting. he was gone for so long that i called him and they ansewred his cell. (thank god i didn't say nothing about weed). he thinks they bugged his cell phone becuase they had the back of it off. he has or is oging to have like 1000 dollars in fines. rehab and someother shit. what i want to know is what is if any of this is illegal or what his best corse of action would be.

With all the new wire-tapping ans search and seizure laws since 9/11 there is virtually nothing illegal with what you described went down. It's pretty low what a police office can do these days in a situation like you layed out. Suspiscion is very vague interms of Universal Crime Reports that are filed when an arrest like this is made. I few twists with words can make anything legit on an officer's paperwork, and believe me this is tought in the Academies and during the 80 hours a year on in-service training regarding search and seizure. I'm speaking from 10 years of experience. I'm being honest when I say that we as regular citizens have NO RIGHTS when walking about in the public. And we only have a FEW RIGHTS in the sanctuary of our own homes. My beliefs of individual's rights and freedom always conflicted with the job I did, hence the reason I was called "soft" by my peers regardless of the fact that I was 235lbs of steroided muscle. The term "rights" is very vague and that's why they can fuck with us in court. We are all GUILTY until proven INNOCENT and that's a fact. Will live in an accusatory time.

yea i got fucked by the cops in my own damn house about a month ago, cops are well trained at confusing stsoned kids into letting them do what they want to do, or something i hope that makes sense

whoa...an ex-cop? ya know i had a neighbor that was a cop, i think hes the one that rooted in me a dislike for authority...one time me and her daughter (i was like 7 or 8 and she was 6 or 7) were playing and i pushed her and she fell down and started to cry, and that dirty fucking pig called me over to his front yard and put me in handcuffs and then bitched me out...

but ive also met some very very cool cops so i guess it all evens out

they also made fun of him had some homo search his body and play with his nuts they even talked about smoke the shit he just bought they about how good it smelled and how they were gonna save some to smoke for latter. he is even prolly gona goto jail. the cops fucked up his life real bad
