I voted for the Metal Halide...
Although, for seedlings, if you're keeping your lights close, CFLs - In My Opinion - is best. Although there was some one in these boards, a couple of weeks ago, that sprouted his seedlings with a 1000W MH about 5 or 6 feet away... I think.
Kind of ironic, as I started my White Widows with CFLs, then switched to MH, and soon, they'll be going back to CFL for probably the rest of their lives.
Nice poll.

I use CFL's becuase they take up less space and cost less.
That, and I'll be damned if I'm going to screw around with moving, storing and switching TWO hid systems. One is enough of a pain in the ass.
The payoff makes it worth it, though, so I'm not complaining...
i voted for the meatal halide, but i use both, 1mh 2 cfls for veg, and later add the hps for flowering.
I voted MH but in the long run i think CFL along with HPS would be better...but what do i know...:D :D i´m still noob :stoned:
Never used either but since MH is the most famous and I've heard about that more I'd go with that..I'm sure things dont pick up a good rep unless theres something good about it :p.
