I was having a conversation last night with my friend, and he says that he thinks that somewhere out there, there is a parallel universe that has another earth and there are people there doin exactly the same as us.....now i think thats a awesome total mind smeg, wow! the universe excites me. What are everyone else thoughts on the universe and "being alone" etc...

yea i think that goes through everyones mind. there has to be something out there...something that is better than this shit of a world. one day we will hav the tech to explore deep into the universe, prob not in our lifetime. but mabey one day humans will discover something that will change the world as we know it and all we beleive in. one day...

you see my friend has the idea that we are never gonna reach other galaxy's and discover stuff, he seems to think that the earth will blow up way before that!

A really mind blowing series to watch is called "The Universe" it's written and based on the research of Steven Hawking. They take you through the Big Bang,Black Holes, Cosmic Alchemy...shit like that.. makes for great conversation watching and it's super educational.
The type of thing you'd see in your advanced college science class.
To sum up the theories, assumptions, facts & data i've seen on this subject, would take a book or two.
It all comes down to this.. To deny other forms of life, and denying the existance of a 'parallel' or a somewhat superimposing universe would be a long shot.
