Entheogens...what are they? What do they do? Are they safe? Inexpensive? Recommendations, please!

from my experience i recommend hawaian baby wood rose seeds.
just crush seeds with pliers and soak in water for a couple of hours.
i say take 20 seeds.youll have a fun day.
