how much does heroin cost, on average, for decent junk???

ive never tried it, and would like to see if i can get some...not much, maybe a gram

If I were you I wouldn't buy a gram of heroin (although it depends on potencty), you're not going to do that much the first time and it's a very bad idea to have access heroin around the house. Heroin varies greatly in potency, so I'd talk to a few people who have experience with the drug dealer and talk to them about how good of quality. Depending on your method, for shooting up about 10 mg or so is typically a good level, but if you're snorting it I'd recommend 20 mg. Prices are difficult to tell as it varies greatly based on potency and location. Also, I'd recommend prior experience with opiates, and be warned that many people become very ill the first time they do heroin. Enjoy responsibly, it's probably the most intense and amazing high you'll ever experience, as well as the most sinister.

Depends where you live, if you're on the coast (East more specifically) it will probably be cheaper. Street "bags" of ~100mg are sold for between $5 and $15, with grams or "bundles" going for $80+.

^How good's the quality of those? I live in Washington, but the prices here are way more expensive, something along the lines of $40 for 100mg, and about $200 a gram. It's relatviely high quality though.

Last bags of heroin I had I didn't pay for, I remember having to do a whole bag each time though so the purity probably wasn't top notch. Just a couple years ago the news reported bags selling for as cheap as $4.

If you're just looking for a really good downer, I'd really recommend opium over heroin if you can find it. The high is similar, there's less illness/tolerance, and a lower protensity for addiction. It's by far my favorite downer, you feel so completely and amazingly relaxed and euphoric.

Where do you live?
My state is on the east coast, never seen any black tar just off-white brownish powder heroin.
