advice needed

heres my situation ive known this girl a long time, and she told me she has feelings for me like 2 months ago and i told her i had feelings for her too. were really close we tell eachother everything and know everything about eachother we can even tell what eachothers thinking we both like eachother alot but she has crushes on other guys and one of these guys i think may like her back should i grow some balls and ask her out before he does or should i sit back and let it all play out first?
