yay a job, oh no a drug test

I was fired back in June '05 from my great job that I held since the November prior. I was fired because employees have a benefit called PTU or Paid Time Unscheduled. We were allowed something like 8 days of being able to just call in and say I'm going to use my PTU. I used too much and was fired even though my statistics were better than everyone elses, well, the statistics while I was at work. :)

It's been some time since I've had a job and I finally found a good one thanks to a friend of mine. A friend of mine has been working for this great company where they give you a car, phone, and laptop computer to get yourself to the problem to fix it, etc.

I did very well during the long interview and everything was going great until I half jokingly asked if I can start tomorrow. I was told that they are in a hiring pinch and have authorization to hire on the spot after negative drug test results. He then hands me a drug test form along with directions to the place 5 minutes away and says that they get the results quick and will let me know.

At this point I was excited but nervous. You see, I smoke pot to get high sometimes while I'm still high from the last time. I try to buy bags in advance so that I don't run out and have to be without it. :( I consider myself a heavy or chronic user and am afraid that I'm going to fail this drug test. If I fail the test, I am afraid it will open questions regarding the two friends that referred me to the company who would also fail another test if they got one.

I don't trust cleansers as I feel like it would be too easy for any testing company to test for cleansers. I have to take the test at Quest or whatever it's called. I have only a couple of bowls left and I am dieing to smoke but I will wait until after the test since I haven't smoked since about 9pm lastnight, about 12 hours ago!! :)

I have previously passed urine tests that I thought I wasn't going to pass by drinking lots and lots of water before the test so that I start peeing completely clear about every 10 minutes just as if I was chugging beers. :)

Please wish me luck, I'll let everyone know the results after the test. I should hear back no later than tomorrow (thursday). I have a bad feeling, but I can't say now that I can't start for a long time or something. :(

cleansers work, if you are stressed about the test why don't you get a home drug test ($15) and see if you come out positive?

start to piss then slide the cup in and make sure you dont finish in the cup, cause at the start and finish of your pee is where a lot of the stuff that indicates drug use is i hear so now everytime i taken one i do the above method

take a crap in the cup, make a statement.

Then he'll still be unemployed...

piss swap with a friend who's clean. put it in a ziploc baggy and keept it taped to your crotch to keep it warm. just be careful it doesn't burst.. lol

theres plenty of places that dont piss test
driving isn't the only job

any employer that meddles with your personal life and rights probably arent very nice people to be working for and will most likely use ya like a slave anyway
