Sorry! The Administrator Has Specified That You Can Only Do One Search Every 20 Secon

Sorry! The administrator has specified that you can only do one search every 20 seconds. why is it like that? It gets wicked annyoing when im trying to look for something and I got to wait 20 seconds each time. couldnt you at least make it 10 seconds or something?

The boards run on a somewhat overloaded server ... we don't have ~100,000 servers like Google, and thus some things here are limited to ensure they at least function.
