The return of Stothelutz

I got arrested december ninth and have been grouned until today. The story for anyone who cares to read goes as follows.

I go to the flea market and some cool goth kid I meet bought me this bad ass yellow glow in the dark bong. So I get home invite 2 friends over and each bring 1/4 of dank. We walk to the usual token spot, ready to cristen my new bong. We smoke 4 of the best bowls I've ever smoked. So, we start heading home and I get this bad fealing in the pit of my stomach like you know something bad is going to happen. Then I realize I have ALL of the weed and the bong so I try to hand it off to one of my shithead friends who say cause its my house I have to hold it. So not wanting to ditch the weed we start to walk back to my house. 1/2 a block from my house a cop pulls up behind us with his lights off and gets out and yells "Stop right there you kids". My friend says "oh shit thats a cop should we run" thinking hes kidding I turn around and see him there with his flashlight on us. Because either I was to high to think or I was scared shitless I didn't run. He searches me finds everything. Books me brings me to my house and needless to say I've been fucked since.

My court date still hasnt been set and my lawyer couldn't find any reason to get the case thrown out (the cop was in my hood b/c some old lady called on some kids throwing eggs and the cop thought the bong was a egg carton).

So now I'm back to the boards but sad to say I have to stay sobber until the court date.

ah shit man that sucks. too bad that pig wasnt a decent one and just confinskate ur shit and not book u, let alone go to court. anyways i hope ur courtdate soon so u can start toking it up. hope shit turns out good for ya, later

Did you give him permission to search you? I'm no legal expert but I'm pretty sure they can't search you unless you give them permission.

If you didn't give him your permission, and/or your guardians weren't present, he couldn't do SHIT!

Although, probable cause supercedes if the bong looked like an egg carton.

if he was more than like 15-20 feet away and that bong wasnt to heavy id just book it cause hes got to get back in his car and shit and if you cut through some backards you probably could have gotten away
