how prevalent are head shops in your area?

i was wondering how many and how serious are the head shops in your guy's areas?

i'm in portland, OR and i'm wondering if i'm spoiled...

in the area of pa i am in they have some ok head shops the one that was near me just closed and didnt ask for id their is another in a mall near me but the selection is limited

there are some pretty good ones here, mostly biker shops that sell heads, a new one opened near me though but they ID.

We had like 2 and one of them got shut down by the feds so now we have one and a few liek music store type places that sell a few pipes. Kinda lame

Over here in Spokane, WA I believe there might be two, but I only use one, called "Piece of Mind." They have some really nice pieces, and even though I typically vaporize, I'll pick up a pipe or two over there on occasion.

we have 2 here i have only been to one of them,. both sell locally blown glass and advertise on the local radio and the other i havent been to is supposed to be way better. we also have a place that sells hydroponic growing equipment site is www.suncityhydropnics.com i think its down atm. they also advertise on local radio
ive seen a few tobacco shops that sell some pipes and hookahs but i doubt they are as good quality.

I can think of 7 off the top of my head down in the village, and I'm sure there's dozens more around.

Sometimes living minutes from NYC comes in handy.

Meh. I only use 1, but there's a couple more around.

There's a few in Boston, I think. The most popular is called "The Hempest"...it's pretty good, but wayyy overpriced.

I live just northwest of Houston. Houston has a population consisting mostly of Mexican immigrants. We have shit loads.

Hell, I live in a really upscale area, and there are still like 10 within a ten minute drive from my house.
