He is actually offering a truce, i personally believe that he is honest, he says that iraq/islam is a nation founded on truth and not lies and back stabbing, i think he is litterally offering a truce, and i think the US would be wise to arrange talks with him. I think that if the US turns cheek to this then all they are doing is saying fuck you to the american people
