Put the lights closer to it. Its stretching. Keep the lights like a half inch to an inch away from the leaves. You dont need to change its cycle. Doing that might induce flowering, however, it is quite young so it might not. Also, u might wanna think about changing its pot. Looks like a styrofoam cup, not good. Get like a small Tupawear and drill holes in the bottom of it for drainage or get a larger pot.
PS- If you cant move the lights youll need a fan. Put a small fan on it and itll naturally grow a thicker stem..
dont put your plants on a light scedual wate till your plants are like 1ft. and when the leafs look bigger and better witch will happen within a week or so. when my plants sre in vegitation i always keep the light on 24/7 but not everbody dose. it wont hurt your plant to give it a light scedual. but i think of it as more light the better the buds.
peace out
would be wise to invest in another light source. The stems are weak because of the lights you are using and how close they are.
another cause of the stretching seen in your pic is also excessive heat, make sure your growroom doesnt go above about 27'c-30'c.
32,000 Lumens is to much!!! Or you mean 3,200 I can help you to mesure the real lumens... You will need an exposimeter, a manual reflex camera will do it fine...
I will check my mail tomorrow..
