A card? I'm assuming you mean a medical marijuana card. Anyhow, I got a great connection through Craigslist. Don't go looking for other people's ads, post one of your own. Something like "New to area, looking for a 420. Please help" . If I remember right you're in the Bay Area, if so, you're sure to get some responses.
