A few newbie questions (lowryder)

Hey everyone, my mate Ben has got a hold of some lowryder seeds, and im buying some off him for a decent enough price (actually, a bottle of aftershock and a flouro light that Im not gonna use).
Right, well Im gonna grow in a 2.5x2.5 space, sadly its the biggest space Ive got. So firstly, one plant or two using possibly the worlds smallest SOG (Sea of Green, but Im sure you all knew that!) Secondly, will three 40w lamps be enough? On the box it says that theyre spotlights, and Ive got a funky light fixture that I took down from my ceiling to use. It can take 3 lights in a circular pattern, and you can direct the lights aswell. Ive got pots big enough, and know to water them with bottled water at room temp.
The only thing Im worried about is seeing as lowryders are autoflowering, does this mean Ill only get one harvest per plant?

yes m8 u will only get one harvest from the lowrider.cant take cuttings either so they say :(..

As for your lighting, what kind of lamps are these lights? You can't use regular bulbs for growing, the only kinds you can use are: CFL's, Floro tubes, Mh, Hps, sunlight. Anything else you try and use, will create more heat problems than grow.

I suggest using CFL's and/or Floro tubes, because, for one, the CFL's, screw into a regular light socket, and have a built in ballast, create low heat and are low on energy. You can use Floro tunes as well, but they require a fixture, a ballast, take up a lot of space.

Get yourself some CFL's. 1-2plants you say? I'd get around 200W of CFL's, to start out. Good luck!

If you can return those and get some flouro's Home Depot has some 65w for about $14 and two or three of those is enough. Yes at about 14-17 days from seed you should be able to tell sex under any light schedule even 24/7 they should AF but 18/6 is the best all around time schedule. Your best bet the first of LR is to do a seed run as you are right no cloning off of this strain.

Yeah Im hoping for a Hermie cos Ive only got 2 seeds. Or 1 male and 1 female. A little help with pollinating though...
Ill put the male in a seperate room if I get one, but at what stage should I pollinate the female? I know not to do it straight away, as some of the resin is used in seed production, so should I do it after Ive got me bud? Just asking because Im wondering if ittl die after Ive harvested.
Also, how long would it take for the plant to produce seeds? Im guessing they just fall off when theyre ready aswell.
