Wanna try DXM

i'd like some advice on how to go about doing DXM. how much should I take? how should I take it? things like that. thanks in advance for the replies.

Scroll down to the usenet dosages. That whole document is a good guide. Start with the first plateau. No reason to shoot for more than that your first time.
