weedcity.com fucked me up

i just recently bought a bong and scale off weedcity.com and i payed on friday, and under the status bar it say it has received and charged my credit card, and oyou kno what it lso say it hasnt shipped the order out.... :mad: :mad: and not only that but they charged us 25 dollars over what the statment said on the computer status.... :mad: so i dont kno what to do thier customer help sucks, so i stuck in a rock and a hard place ....

p.s. when i bought the bong it siad i had to pay the ost exspensive shipping fee cuase of the breakbility of the bong, and i was high and i picked the wrong shipping fee,( i bought the cheaper one) so is it possible thier confused with the order :confused: :confused:

ask them out by sending em an email man

i have tried but finding a customer service with an accual person reading the leeter is diifernt, all i keep getting is like faq stuff which doesnt help me out, i hte the maschine shit, i say down with the mashines and up with acuall ppl talking to acuall ppl
