need a little input about child abusing neighbors

Ok, i live in a duplex. I am 49 years old with a 14 yr old daughter. I have a pretty well disguised grow going on in the basement. My duplex neighbor is a welfare frauding child abusing angry person. She has a husband and 3 kids. Both working full time under the table. Got food stamps, section 8, health insurance, the whole lot. Her 2 oldest are rarely seen, 8 and 10. Her baby, 2 years old I saw for the second time today with a big red slap mark on his cheek. She told me she smacked him. I am sickened. I really do not care about the welfare fraud, but she needs to stop using these kids a smeal tickets and abusing them. What do I do? I am afraid she will retaliate, but that baby should be more important than a grow. I want to report her

you could call the police or child services. and if you're worried about retliatiation, just prepare for total war.

Amen, Cas. Call child services anonymously or something. If she figures it was you and tries to do something back to you, make sure your defenses are as strong as they can be. And God bless you for trying to improve the life of a child, that is a wonderful thing!

If it's in the basement of a duplex (Aparment building I'm thinking?) then it cant be proven it's yours EVEN if she says it. Who will believe her anyways if everything you said is proven.

i understand how you feel on this.multiply your feeling by like a hundred and youll have los angeles.if you do get involved be prepared mentally for dealing with the fact that you broke there family apart.if its really as bad as you say your gut feeling is already telling you what to do.is it really that bad with the abuse thing.sometimes things look worse than they are.im sure the kids rather get smacked around a lil than to be in foster care.

don't let her continue to abuse her kids... you can always grow another plant just like you can always get another bag of weed, but that kid only gets 1 life and 1 childhood... make it the best for him

if you can safely move your grow, that's deffenitely good, but if not, the risk is worth reporting that bitch.
