newb lighting question

ok so im pretty much totally new here but hey i wanna try to grow but unfortunatly im uber poor and so is my buddy whos helping me. my plan more or less is to do a smaller 1-3 plant grow with CFLs get a little bud and sell it so i can get an HPS then i can have better grows

my question is thus, there are tons of kinds of flouros exactly what kind is best for seedling and germ phases and whats best for flowering. iv been looking through the forums but cant find exactly whats best.

keep in mind this is a closet grow only mildy stealth and im really poor (hoping to get everyhting i need for under a 100 bucks)

any help you guys could give me would be much appreciated

Yeah, read that, and your of to a good start..!:)

But, how many plants do you want to grow?

I would recommend as many CFL's a possible!:)

As high W as you can find!:)

And cool white for Veg, warm white for Flower!:)
