Drug Testing information?

I have not smoked marijuana in 4 months and on new years I was around it and gave in. I only took 4 or 5 hits, it wasnâ??t the highest grade of marijuana, it was more like dirt weed. I am 21 and about 80 lbs over weight, how long will this last in my urine. I work full time at a very physical job and i drink a lot of liquids. Any answers would be greatly appreciated. I plan on using this as a study as when testing myself every week until I am no longer positive, but I would still like to hear it from someone else just to calm my nerves.

In the month of december I saw my old bass player and my brother in law BOTH pass overnight after doing a few one- hits (at different jobs - not sure what the testing was except that it was urine). they had been clean for weeks prior. This doesnt mean that I am going to do even one hit before my test but, it is obviously possible (why take the chance though)

just drink a lot of water, cranberry juice and green tea. take like 5-7 niacin pills.
