I stole a little 3 fl. oz. bottle of Delsym 12 Hour Cough Suppresant. It contains 30mg of DXM Polistirex in every teaspoonful. So I got the strongest (in mg) DXM and not even a 4 fl. oz. bottle. So here are my questions:
1. Is the Dextomethorphan polistirex ok to use?
2. Will the 30mg make up for the 3 fl. oz.?
3. Will this do anything to me? If it doesn't do much I will prolly have a few Jim Beam mixers.
1. Yes, I think I read that its twice as strong as the Hbr stuff. Not completetely sure though, but I know its safe and will work.
2.....I cant do that math....i duno howmany spoons are in a oz so could u do the math and ill tell u wait jk 1 US fluid ounce = 6 US teaspoons so ... 3 tims 42 is 51... and then 9.45-2 is 4... so that means u would have a frikin 540 mg if im correct. Thats a lot.
Check my calculations as they may be off... lol jk i did 30mg x 6 tblspoons x 3 oz... thats 540
3. Yes it will fuck you up, badly. I usually take 300 mg and Im tripping balls but 540 is like double. You might start seeing things and have out of body experiences.. wow plus if the polystrex makes it double, then that would be like 1000 mg. That would fuck you up worse than acid. Read up on www.third-platue.com i think....that might not be right... but anyway check my math cuz im not the best at it whilst ....u kno

15 mgs of DXM Polystirex per teaspoon (equal to 30 mgs of DXM HBr)
88.5 of DXM Polystirex per teaspoon (equal to 177 mgs of DXM HBr)
Delsym 12-hour Cough Relief is an extended release syrup. This means that the DXM isn't absorbed right away, rather it breaks down in the stomach under time. The DXM is coated with a special edible plastic called "polystirex". Because of the extended release of the DXM, it tends to build up in the system, which can be harmful in large doses. Most would recommend that one doesn't do this syrup recreationally, and I agree. It doubles one's chances for Olney's Lesions and is 2 times harder on your body than regular DXM. Delsym Cough comes in 3 ounce bottles. Each bottle contains 265.5 milligrams of DXM Polystirex (equal to 531 milligrams of DXM HBr).
531 mg is a huge dose if its your first time. Id reccomend taking about 150 mg or so and seein what its like, and then taking the rest when ready. DXM isnt all that scary.. its a weird feeling at first but its not like youll freak out. ne way have fun
I disagree. In the long run it isn't scary but if you start with too large of a dose then it can feel like dying. The feeling of disassociation (a disconnection of the body and mind) isn't a natural sensation so you should acclimate yourself by starting slowly. Besides, lower doses can be really fun. The experience changes dramatically the more you take.Quote:

Yeah, I am not a newbie to it tho, I have tooken 60 pills of robotussin (957mg (57 from sips from another friends bottle)).
Then you'll probably be okay with that dose. I don't buy into the belief that DXM Polistirex is twice as strong anyway. It may be but the time-release function of the polistirex keeps you from feeling it all at once.
O well, I was drunk when I did it, and I do buy it sometimes but yeah.. If they were really smart they'd bring it down to the price of cigarettes such as $3.25 for one bottle, then so many kids would b buying it and they would become really big.
:P fuck delsym man, it makes you feel like shit in the long run, and kicks the shit out of your liver... take it from me, i used to punk delsym too, but i got caught, and it was embarassing as hell. Plus i wouldint even be able to drink the shit anymore without puking, cause man, its liquid plastic....literally.
I use it occasionally, but actually I've only done it 3-4 times this being my 4th or 5th.
