hehe hey sorry its the first time ive smoked in 2 weeks, im baked my gf gave me about a gram today to smoke cuz she just got a big sack, and im tryin to learn those french inhale fuckers, i cannot get it, so you people should give me some tips fast ....thankee

Nah, I'm kidding man.
It;s easy, fill your mouth with smoke, open your mouth, and slowly release the smoke in your mouth, push it out using the air in your mouth (kinda hard to explain), and while you are pushing the smoke out, inhale through your nose.
It will take some practice and is major hard to describe with words. But it's basically getting the smoke from your mouth, up, into your nose. Practice, you'll get it

a friend of mine cant do it and it pisses him off to no end he will try it and make us all watch he will be like'i got it!' but its more like the smoke accidentaly went up his nose

imagine your mouth is like a syringe (sp? whatever: a doctors needle), and your tongue is the plunger part. fill your mouth with smoke, and then slowly push your tongue forward, which'll push the smoke out. the smoke'll naturally drift upward and all you need to do is inhale through your nose.
try getting fluent with the pushing action and inhaling at the same time.
it came easy to me cause i play digeridoo, and the same principle applies to cyclic breathing: so there is never a break in your playing, even when your taking breaths.
also, we call 'em irish waterfalls over here.
