Life Insurance test

My brother and I are supposed to go take a throat swab test for our life insurance policy our parents just put us in. We've both taken the "Xtreme" softgel pill about 2-3 hours ago and have been drinking tons of water like it said to. How long should we wait to take this throat swab test or is THC even detectable with that kind of test?

I have thoughts that it is just to detect if you smoke anything at all, but taking this pill just in case.

Just to add to it, the last time we smoked was at 8 p.m. last night. We took the softgel pill just incase they have any other tests in line that im not aware of.
