btw... My resolution for this year is to to cut my cigarette smoking by 33%
Last year I came up with a plan to quit.. (not easy for me)
First eliminate the bad cigarettes (okay... they are all bad)
Bad cigarettes meaning prerolled cigs from manufacter like Marboro.
Those cigs are full of gun powder and sulfer. (keeps them lit)
So, now I roll my own using a additive free tobacco called: American Spirit. (last years resolution)
By the New Year of 2009 I will be free of smoking cigarettes.. (nasty dirty discussing habit)

gonna grow some of the best bud people around here have smoked.that is my goal for this year.and hike the john muir trail.212 miles from mt.whitney to yosemite valley

Gonna bench press at least 285 by this time next year.
