By frequent I mean virtually everyday, or about six days a week. By brief I mean 1-3 days. please be as honest and as consistent as possible. Due to the maximum of 10 poll options I didn't get to include all that I wanted so feel free to post about anything I might have left out.

i just get the shivers basically. i get real bored and i have to keep my mind occupied so i start chewing pencils, doodling incessantly, tapping my feet, whistling, twirling my hair etc.
im a little on edge, and i cant sleep. and i havent smoked today so fuck you all. im kidding.
I put boredom.
I chose boredom, but im not sure if it has anything to do with not smoking my mary. When i was younger before I smoked i got bored very easily if i wasn't with one of my friends or doing some highly energetic activity. So who knows if my boredom is from sustaining from MJ or not.
