stupid question but oh well can i use a fluro with a mh?

hey ppl i got a fluro but i know it wont be enought my q is can a use a cheap mh wit it and grow a decent crop :confused:

You can combine the two lights to grow, but whether or not it is a decent crop depends on a lot more factors. Don't grow more plants than you have light for. :)

i have used fluro lights as secondary lighting directed towards the lower half of plants during both veg and flowering cycles. during veg it seems to help with lower plant leaf and stem development and during flowering it helps with lower bud development. its similar in theory to bending the plant over so the lower branches get some light, but without having to take the light away from the colas. you get the best of both worlds.

It depends on how many plants yur growin....

I grew a good plant from one 42watt Compact Fluorescent..It had about 1.5 ozs of some great smooth buds..

But i only had one plant..And i used a growing method called SCROG..

So basically it just depends on how many plants yur growing..
