Kern County to go ahead with Medical Marijuana I.D. cards
I spoke at the city council meeting along with some people from NORML and some other great people too.
Everything went well so we are now the 12th county in California who has started towards a more orginized and consistant action of law with the I.D. Program.
Instead of the "we'll bust those guys but not those guys"
Or"One Law agency gives it back to you:dance: and another takes it and fines you $400"
Hopfully it will work out...it seems to be the desiding point right now for alot of counties and people. :rasta:

12 im mature and 6 mature.
Now take that whatever way you want to.
Some people say mature plants are only mature when they are finished.
So some people will have 6 finishing and 6 about a month into flowering.
So 12 flowering plants.(6, 1 month in and 6 finishing)
And 6 vegging all the time.
Does that make sence?
Other people just veg 12 plants and flower 6.
Either way you will be fine.
Kern county is very tolerant.
Farm community.
Just don't tell anyone your growing.
Too many tweeker thieves in this town!

with the vote to allow/disallow dispensaries on Kern we have to consider their biggest and most invasive abuse of the law and that is the COUNTY ordinance of NO MORE than 12 MM plants on ANY plot of land. to me this says even if you own 100 acres of land and you have 10 other patients growing WITH YOU all u can grow on that lot is 12 plants. their approach is vastly different and if left unchallenged could pave the way for those who intend to legislate us back to the stoneage
