Why?

Ok sorry to post a such thread but that depression thread made me think again coz im drunk an i hate it..

anyway... i was wondering why the fuck we are all trapped in our fuckin world

I mean, how the fuck can we be really happy in the system we live? we live in a system where u work for the gov. u live to be able to make money to be able to consume. everything is based on materialism, while south countries like africa and south america are dying because we fuckin exploit em.

we fuckin work to make all this fuckin system work. before we used to hunt and work for OURSELVES, now we fuckin work to get stole by the fuckin government with all their fuckin laws and fuckin taxes

now if you dont go to school, u have no future... if u dont have a job, youre nothing

wtf became life? are we all puppets? at least im not like that totally, but im still trapped in a such system. whos gonna do what he really wants, when he got brainwashed during his whole fuckin life, because of the society's values? parent's values? everything

i cant beleive how our world is becoming

damn sorry im drunk but this pisses me off so much. the entire world is goin to its end. nobody's happy. i think ppl dont know what happiness is. happiness is not around you, with money, or material, happiness is IN you.

i hate human race

Its the eventual evolution of the capitalist system. More and more power and money goes to less people. After all, capitalism is an experiment. How long has it been around in relation to human history? Humanity does not know the long term effects of capitalism. I think our major problem is that the powerful and rich in our government are the ones who make the decisions. The powerful and rich are not the majority (democracy). Furthermore, the government does not do what is for the majority. Adding our near totalitarianism attitude towards international affairs, and you have a nation bound to decay from within.

You're right Mellow, Happiness does come from within to some degree. And life is all about living. So many people try to read so much more in to it but it is really just that simple. We all do what works for us. You don't necessarily need to work completely within the system to be successful or rich or happy and success is not necessarily going to make you happy if you don't like what you do. Look at all these dorks in Hollywood who can't keep a relationship going for the life of them. I didn't plan to be married and raise 3 kids but that's how it worked out. The universe works pretty well and sometimes you're up and sometimes you're down. It's all part of being human. I hate to sound so lame but Capt. Kirk was right, it's our pain and joy, hate and love, ups and down that make us human and make us what we are. You're young(i think) and you have time on your side to some degree but on the other hand, you have no time at all and certainly no time to waste being depressed and down. Even Jesus or Bhudda or any of those folks couldn't figure it all out.
Personally, I don't do much in the way of planning and yet, things just seem to work out in the long run. Karma works.

but i still hate how the world became man. i hate how everyone is blinded by everything: religions, money, system, education, power, television, etc, etc

i think i have to live life day by day and not care about others


but its hard. at least i love life. and i think music and love are what make me live
