well i gotta take a drug test in a couple of months and ive been one HEAVY ASS SMoker! Almost a eigth a week. Well im 3 days clean. how long can i chill without taking hella pills and meds and shit and just drink water, cranberry juice and workout? any help is appreciated!
You have 2 months, just quit until after the test. You "should" pass with no problem. Unless it's one of those damned hair tests but most companies don't want to deal with the expense. At the minimum, if you're smoking daily, 30 days will usually do the trick. If you can't quit for a couple months, maybe you should reconsider your usage. 1/8 a week eh? I kill a 1/4 a week without trying. The last time I had to do the pee in the cup thing I was clean for about 5 weeks and no problem.

before you take the test, get a home drug test and check yourself so you know if you need to use a cleaner. They cost about $15 and you can get them at the drugstore, or a decent headshop. My girlfriend tested herself as clean one day before her test and had stress free times. worth the 15$ for sure
I agree w/ SC. lots of water will flush your system. But you have to pee before hand. Pee until it is clear. Then keep on drinking water. Pee test are easy to pass. Blood & Hair are different stories.
water wont help much for MJ cause its not water solluble its fat solluble so working out and shit is the way to go, if your not fat then it shud get out of you pretty quik, i smoked a bong during my lunch hr with people everyday for a week and a week later took a drug test and came back negative for everything (it was a shitty at home one tho) so it shudnt take more than a cuple weeks if ur skinny
